And You Can't Put Your Finger On Me, I'm A Vagabond

I love architecture of the Romanesque and Gothic influence. So on our impromptu adventure downtown, me and Jenn stumbled upon these two cute churches. The first was a quaint little building with some beautiful stained glass, circa the early 1900's. We stumbled upon someone who opened it up for us and gave us a mini tour of sorts.

And the second was just massive. We didn't get to go in, but just walking around was amazing.

So I decided to put some photos from the shoots me and my friend do up. They aren't spectacular, but they're pretty dang good for a pair of amateurs. (if I do say so myself). The girls we shoot are local models/friends and they settings/style depends on the girl mostly. This was our first official shoot together as a team. The girl's name is Alexandria, shot down town in our city in two different dresses. It was a rather enjoyable shoot. I did manage to tumble down a hill, that part was not fun.

Can I just love everything this guy does? I've heard some amazing covers by him. Not to mention his art and some of his writing. I'm absolutely blown away. He's so talented and quite nice to boot. I even own a set of his paintings.

Paper Heart

I finally saw this today. I'd been meaning to for so long, but it never came out in theatres in my town, nor could I find it online. Today I found it while checking thru the guide for something to watch. The movie was really good, everything I'd anticipated.

This one particular line stuck with me:

"I’m not sad about Mike. I’m not sad about anything. I’m just sad that he wants me to love him and I can’t. I can’t. I can’t just lie and pretend I love him."

Sky High

So I absolutely hate flying. My anxiety causes massive unpleasantries.

However, I love being in the clouds, that makes it alright :)
